Cosmeceuticals are prescription strength products with bioactive ingredients and anti-aging properties. Many doctors, especially dermatologists are knowledgeable in this area. We compound each customized prescription using only the finest pharmaceutical grade ingredients. Prescription strength cosmeceuticals include, but are not limited to the following categories:

Do I need a prescription for a compounded cosmeceutical product?

Yes, your prescriber can send the prescription to us electronically. Once we have a prescription, we can compound it for you. For refills, you can submit a refill request or simply call us (our phone number is on the prescription label) at (310) 783-7450.

What are some common cosmeceuticals?

Many doctors, especially dermatologists, are knowledgeable in this area and have their preferred formulas. Some of the more common products are skin lightening creams, eye creams, skin cleansers, and facial washes. Please feel free to call us for a referral.

Does my insurance cover cosmeceuticals?

Generally, insurance does not cover compounded cosmeceuticals. However, we can provide a Universal Claim Form for you to submit to your insurance and any approved reimbursement would go directly to you.

Do you provide delivery or shipping services?

Yes, we provide free USPS shipping for most compounded products. USPS will take 3-7 days for delivery. Anything more urgent, private carriers such as FEDEX are possible options for expedited delivery. The costs for expedited shipping depends on the weight of the package and the travel distance. You are always welcome to come to the pharmacy for pick up, if you prefer.
