Mr. Nickell was the lead course instructor for pharmaceutical compounding at the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy (1995 - 2004), teaching beginning, advanced and FDA regulatory affairs. At the University of the Pacific School of Pharmacy, Robert was instrumental in launching the first ever Entrepreneur Pharmaceutical Dual Degree Program in the United States.

Mr. Nickell was selected as the first ever official team pharmacist to the USA Olympic Medical Team and participated in the Athens Summer Games in 2004. This selection was based upon his experience since 1995, as the founder of Sportpharm™, consulting over 85% of all professional sports teams in the U.S. on the proper utilization of prescription drugs, including: NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLB as well as many major colleges and universities.

Now as the CEO and Founder of PHARMCO INC., he helps customize prescriptions to fit customers' needs. At PHARMCO INC., we compound prescriptions for products that are not commercially available; special strength, dosage form, smaller capsules or liquids that are easier to swallow, flavored chews, or better rout of administration for maximum absorption such as sublingual drops, and nasal sprays.  We have an extensive compendium of tried and true formulas and have a licensed, state of the art, laboratory facility, equipped to compound a variety of medications.
